The final reason I want to visit Albuquerque is, of course, Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul.
There are three reasons I wanted to visit Albuquerque, and they are all very nerdy. First off, when I was a little kid I saw an episode of the Simpsons involving the local baseball team the Springfield Isotopes. The team was about to be sold to the city of Albuquerque, and Homer Simpson had to fight to save his hometown team. I have come to find out that a few years ago one of the amateur baseball teams in Albuquerque changed their name to the Isotopes. I know it’s nerdy, but I really want to go see a baseball game with the Albuquerque Isotopes! The second reason I want to visit the biggest city in New Mexico is the cannabis. I live eight hundred miles away from Albuquerque, and yet for years I have heard how amazing their local cannabis is. I am not sure how they grow such quantities of cannabis in the middle of the desert, but I hope to find out. The final reason I want to visit Albuquerque is, of course, Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul. Both of these shows were filmed locally, and there are tours of Albuquerque that drive you around to all the most famous filming locations. First I want to visit one of the famous Albuquerque cannabis dispensaries, and then I want to take that Breaking Bad tour and relive my favorite TV moments. I plan to record some videos during my trip, so I can share the wonders of Albuquerque with you all. But if the cannabis there is as good as everyone says I may forget to record anything.
