Living with my dad was a change of pace, and she was more relaxed and not into too many extracurricular activities.
- That left myself and others with plenty of time to practice with my band… I missed my mom, but she had landed a good task in another country, and my parents were divorced, and at first, I lived with my mom! But they agreed that I should remain with dad when Dad left.
Her home was charming, and I had a huge room. She took good care of the home, which had an energy-efficient A/C system… Evansville was known for its moderate summer time and bitter Winter time seasons. Dad had a big contractor in the city, which she had built from nothing to something good in her industry; One morning, she came to the family room and announced the two of us should spend the month together. I guess she felt love she had neglected myself and others in a way because of coming home late. But, I did not mind at all. I asked him what she wanted us to do, and she suggested the two of us go fishing; All of us had not been fishing together in a long time, and I felt excited. I had to call my friends to cancel our rehearsal. They were not too thrilled, however I wanted to go fishing with my dad. All of us went to the Blue Grass fishing spot, which was a single of the loveliest locales in Evansville. All of us had to have a fishing permit to gain access which dad had already taken care of. All of us gathered out fishing equipment and got on the truck. It took myself and others back to when I was a young kid, and the two of us would go fishing all the time. I was thrilled the two of us were doing things together again.
