The modern guy called the office this morning plus said that he could not get to work because of the roads; The modern guy lives in Elgin plus that is where I was coming from too.
- There was ice plus snow on the roads this morning, but I drove just great in our Toyota Camry.
If I can make it here in a Camry, then that guy could make it here plus whatever car or truck he was driving. I do not even have snow tires on the car, however half the time the heat does not work plus I have to drive with the driver side window open in order to see out of the front window, then jack plus I were supposed to work on a oil furnace installation job together, but I ended up doing the oil furnace install on our own after he couldn’t make it to work. The oil furnace insulation job happened to be in Elgin, so I called Jack when I got into the city. I told him that he could come by plus help myself and others out with the install since it was only 15 minutes away, but surely the guy could get a ride somewhere in Elgin even with snow plus ice on the ground. He did not answer our PC call or any of the texts that I left, so I had to do the job all by myself! When I got apartment at the end of that morning, I was irritated. I took a couple of tylenol, ibuprofen, plus muscle relaxers. I drank a half a bottle of whiskey plus smoked more than one marijuana joints. Then I passed out for 10 hours.
