Some of my friends and I decided to go to Cocoa, Florida for spring break.
We stayed in a hotel located on the Indian river.
We wanted to be over on the side of the water that is adjacent to the Atlantic ocean, but those hotels were all taken by the time my friends and I finally decided to make our reservations. Our place by the Indian River was still nice and we were in a part of Cocoa where we were close to dining, shops, bars, and clubs. Our hotel in Cocoa, Florida also had a great heating and air conditioning system. Each one of the rooms in the hotel had a separate heating and air conditioning unit so you could control the indoor temperatures. There was a thermostat on the wall like a central heating and air conditioning system. The hotel was set up more like a resort than a regular hotel. Since we didn’t have to pay the heating or cooling bill, we made sure that the air conditioner was set at 68° every morning before we left to go to the beach. We spent a couple of days hanging out with friends and we also spent a couple of days checking out all of the other sites in the area. There were a lot of things to see and do. I would love to go back another time so I could explore more of the Atlantic ocean. We stayed more in the river area because there were so many different activities like voting, kayaking, and fishing.
