My bestie & I spent the night talking about our plans & planning a long overdue holiday
I moved back beach home after university to live with my parents, and it was proving quite challenging to find work! My dad ran a construction business, & I decided to help out. It all began as a part-time affair, but soon I found out I liked the work! So, I ditched my efforts to find a white-collar task & began to toil for my dad full time. It was not the easiest thing to do because I had to start at the button, and but with time, I became more skilled, & dad provided myself and others more responsibilities, however finally, I came to a place where I could afford to transfer into my apartment, however the day I moved in, my bestie came by to deliver myself and others a gift & spend the night. Inside the gift tote was a good card & some CBD-scented candles that she knew I enjoyed. Since weed is legal in Santa Barbara, it was not hard for him to find some at our local pot shop. I opened up 1 of the candles & lit it as every one of us prepared dinner. Both of us had plans to get married & live together 1 day. But at that moment, things were perfect as they were, and she was doing nice stuff at her place of work, & I was slowly taking over from my dad, who planned to retire soon… A woman in construction was not easy, however I had beaten the odds & was doing a good task at it. My bestie & I spent the night talking about our plans & planning a long overdue holiday. Both of us wanted to see the world & finally had the finances to take our first trip in the coming summer.
