My partner and I decided to go to Phoenix last December for 2 weeks of rest and relaxation, however one of the locales that the two of us visited was the Desert Botanical garden. This 150 acre garden has more than 50,000 odd desert plant varieties. The Botanical Garden is open every single day and tickets can be bought online, but i prefer walking through the garden paths to see all of the odd types of cacti and plants; After spending the day at the Botanical garden, I prefer to go to a restaurant close to my apartment. The locale has excellent sandwiches and soup and they typically have a fantastic indoor atmosphere; Even when it’s 100° outside, the cooling system is running and it feels prefer 73° inside of the deli. The locale is typically packed, especially while in the Summer when it’s tepid and humid. The deli is one of the only restaurants in the area that has air conditioning, powder rooms, and a full-maintenance menu of foods that are under $10.
