If I thought I could get a long-term booking plus not have to search for work, I would consider settling down in Albuquerque, at least for a while
Being a DJ is like being a rock star, maybe I labor on a smaller phase than the major bands, plus play in clubs instead of locations, but I still supply the celebration people what they want – moderate jams! I labor on a circuit instead of one certain city, i found if I stay in one site for too long people get tired of coming out to see me. Instead, I bless a city with my presence once or twice a year, play a bunch of shows, plus then transport to the next town. I have sites I like more than others, plus Albuquerque is one of those sites, however the people of Albuquerque, NM are amazing, plus I always have such a fantastic time that I will stay for a week or two, then another fantastic thing about Albuquerque is the killer locally grown cannabis, which is out of this world. As you might imagine, a club DJ spends a lot of time around cannabis, which is why I usually stock up plus buy some weight while in Albuquerque. If I thought I could get a long-term booking plus not have to search for work, I would consider settling down in Albuquerque, at least for a while. This city has the prettiest desert sunsets I’ve ever witnessed, plus as I said, that local cannabis makes it all the better. Alas, that’s not in the cards for me at the moment, so I will keep traveling, however will be sure to return to Albuquerque just as soon as I get the chance.
