My hubby plus I are debating on putting an addition onto our home, then my great friend and I bought a home in Birmingham, AL plus it does the task good.
My great friend and I have one son so far plus everyone gets a room.
My hubby plus I don’t sleep well together, also my hubby plus I each work from household plus need our own space. Additionally one person can have the monitor while the other sleeps! Having our own room is a must have. Our son has a room, my great friend and I have a small laundry space, plus then the rest is dining roomaid residing room; I am pregnant with our second child plus it is a bit stressful. Do I put baby two in the laundry room? I can transport the washer plus dryer to my outdoor shed, then the issue is that I would dislike carrying heavy laundry in plus out of the home while in a hot, Birmingham afternoon. The A/C is beeping constantly due to the heat. My great friend and I also live where it is sandy. I would need to wear shoes plus leave them outside. I can’t really ask my baby to share a washer plus dryer. The space is too small with it in there too. I know an addition is going to be necessary. The upset part is that our modern Heating plus Air Conditioning component will not be functional anymore, then so my great friend and I will need to buy an addition, spend money for greater Heating plus Air Conditioning, update the electrical panel, most likely do plumbing, plus so several more tasks. This addition will cost us a fortune but I don’t see any other way.
